Aftermath shivers
From a complete un-denial
Is a deep soulless shake
A state of being, you revile.
After dark regretting
A quiet quivering in style
Is a whisper soft “I know”
Within God’s smirking tight smile.

I care not when
The sun will send
A powerful warning
To comprehend.
I care not if
We will pretend
That life has ceased
To be our friend.
I care not how
Fate will send
Awareness that time
Has started again.

Signatures of life
Are often overlooked
Turning nothing into something
Is a sign you’ve just mistook.
Signatures of aging
A cosmic deadline that’s re-booked
Are the agents of constant change
Disguised as life, by stellar crooks.

Slashing swiftly
Into view
Slipping slowly
From false to true.
Swinging silent
Out of view
A stellar shyness
Without a clue.

Travel within
The confines
Of doubt
Explore facts as feelings
From the inside
Out.

Pilots
We are
Racing fast and far
To the drumbeat of time
We’re intended to find
The power
To reach
Another star.

When particles attract
Gravity exists
When particles repel
Gravity disappears
When gravity is neutralized
Time and space
Co-exist.

What is the purpose
Of linear time
When beauty is removed
From it’s original rhyme.

Elements of
A foreign land
A passage of time
Within the movements
Of sand.
Intelligence reins
By stark command
A meaningful warning
Without
Times demand.
